Amagami SS é baseado em um jogo de PS2 namoro com seis garotas diferentes. A história do anime será organizado em um formato de arco, com cada heroína recebendo a sua própria versão da história animada. Cada heroína vai cantar a sua própria versão do tema de encerramento.
